Muffin Tin Bacon and Eggs

Standard

8 eggs
 12 slices bacon
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
 Pinch of salt
 ¼ tsp. black pepper
 Chives, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients, except for the bacon. Grease 12 muffin tins, and wrap the inside of each muffin cup w/ 1 slice of bacon. Fill the cups 2/3 full w/ egg mixture, and bake for 30-35 min.
