Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers


• Cream cheese, softened
• As many jalapeno peppers as desired
• Slices of bacon for each jalapeno pepper
Soak toothpicks (one per jalapeno pepper) in sm. bowl of water so that they don’t burn. Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet w/ foil. Wash, deseed, and cut in half each jalapeno pepper (You can either leave the stems on or off, whichever you prefer). Spoon cream cheese into each jalapeno half, and wrap each half w/ bacon (securing w/ a toothpick). Place on baking sheet, and cook for 25 min. (until bacon is crispy and jalapenos are tender).
