Mac & Cheese w/ Tomatoes


1 ½ cups macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
 3 tbsps. butter
 3 tbsps. flour
 2 cups milk
 ½ tsp. salt
 2 tbsps. dried minced onion
 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 1 tomato, sliced thinly
 Pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in the microwave, and then mix w/ remaining ingredients, except for the tomato. Add the macaroni, and place in a casserole dish. Arrange tomato slices on top, pressing gently into the macaroni mixture. Bake for 40-45 min., or until bubbly and browning.
