Italian Chicken


o 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
o 16 oz. bottle of Italian dressing
o Italian seasoning, to taste
o 4-6 potatoes, cut in half
o ½ bag of baby carrots
Squirt a sm. amount of Italian dressing at the bottom of a greased crockpot. Place 2 chicken breasts on top of the dressing, and then cover the chicken w/ more dressing. Sprinkle w/ Italian seasoning. Place next two chicken breasts into the crockpot, not directly on top of the other chicken. Pour in the carrots. Add more dressing. Top w/ potatoes and the rest of the dressing. Sprinkle w/ more Italian seasoning, and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
