Pesto Potatoes

Standard

o 5-6 med. potatoes, cut into cubes
o 1 (10 oz.) jar pesto sauce
o ½ cup parm. cheese
Preheat oven to 450°. Place first two ingredients in a gallon-sized bag, and shake till potatoes are evenly coated. Pour contents onto a baking sheet, spreading out evenly. Sprinkle w/ parm. cheese, and bake for 25 min. (or until potatoes are golden).
