Basic Smoothie Formula

Standard
  • 2 cups produce (berries, 2 bananas, melon, avocado, pineapple, pumpkin, spinach, etc.)
  • 1-2 cups ice or frozen fruit
  • 1-2 cups liquid (juice, iced tea, water, milk, etc.)
  • 4 tbsps. protein (nut butter, chia seeds, etc.)

            Blend together until smooth.
