Cranberry Brownies

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup veg. oil
  • 2 tsps. vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh or frozen cranberries

                Preheat oven to 350°. Beat together all but the last ingredient. Stir in cranberries. Spread mixture evenly in a greased and floured 8” sq. baking pan. Bake for about 35 min., or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
