One Pot Mac & Cheese

  • 3 cups elbow pasta
  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp. pepper

                Combine all ingredients, except the cheese, into a lg. saucepan. Cook, covered, over med. high heat until boiling (stirring occasionally). Remove the lid, and simmer until pasta is al dente. Once the pasta is done, stir in the cheese until combined.

Prep time: 30-40 min.

Serves: 4
