- 1 egg
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 2 tbsps. sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup water
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Spoon ¼ cupfuls onto a greased, hot griddle. Turn when bubbling, and cook second side until golden brown.
