Mediterranean-Style Corn

Standard
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ clove minced garlic
  • 2 cups fresh, canned, or frozen whole kernel corn
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • Pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a skillet and cook on low heat until heated through.
