- 1 ½ cups Potatoes O’Brien, thawed
- 8 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8×8 baking dish, and pour in the potatoes. In a separate bowl, whisk together next 3 ingredients. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 30-35 min., and allow the dish to cool for 10 min. before serving.
