- 2 tbsps. butter
- 1 ½ tsps. garlic powder
- ½ cup milk or water
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 -2/3 cup shredded parm. cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
- 8 oz. cooked pasta
In med. saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and milk or water. Remove from heat, and let cool for 2-3 min. Whisk in Greek yogurt. Return saucepan to low heat, and add parm. cheese till melted. Whisk in remaining spices, and toss w/ pasta.
