- 1 lb. skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 1 egg
- 8 herb-seasoned crackers
- 1 tbsp. Dijon or honey mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Grind up crackers in the food processor, and then slowly add remaining ingredients until ground and mixed. Shape into patties. Fry in a lg. pan until cooked through. Serve on buns or ciabatta rolls w/ toppings of choice.
