- 2 tbsps. Chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. (12-14 oz.) silken tofu
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. instant coffee granules
- ¼ tsp. salt
Melt the choc. Chips in the microwave, and then add all ingredients to the blender to blend until smooth. Chill in fridge; pudding will thicken during this time.
