Chili Carrots

Standard
  • 4 carrots, peeled and sliced into 1” pieces
  • 2 tbsps. Olive oil
  • 2 tbsps. Honey
  • 2 tsps. Chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Boil or steam carrots until tender. Toss w/ the remaining ingredients, and heat through.
