Clam Dip

Standard
  • 2 blocks (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cans (6.5 oz. each) minced clams, drained
  • ½ finely diced onion
  • 3 tbsps. Lemon juice
  • Crushed red pepper, to taste
  • Shredded cheddar, to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients, except for the cheddar. Top w/ cheese. Spoon into square baking dish, and bake for 20-25 min., or until cheese begins to brown. Serve warm w/ crackers or chips.
