Cuban Mojo Shrimp

  • 2 bags jumbo precooked shrimp, tails removed
  • 10 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsps. Dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup sour orange juice
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ½ cup olive oil

Mix together all ingredients, except shrimp. Place shrimp in a gallon sized bag w/ marinade, and let marinade for most of a day. Heat shrimp in a pot w/ marinade, and then discard desired amount of marinade for serving.
