Sour Cream Baked Salmon

Standard
  • 4 sm. Salmon fillets
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ tsps. Whole grain mustard
  • 1/3 cup grated parm. Cheese
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425º. Line a baking sheet or dish w/ nonstick foil. Lay out the fillets on the baking sheet. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl, and spread mixture on each fillet. Bake for 20-25 min, until the salmon is cooked through.
