- ½ cup rinsed and drained quinoa
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup chopped peaches
- 2 tbsps. Molasses or agave nectar
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup chopped dates or raisins
Place quinoa and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook for about 10 min. until done. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for another 10-15 min. until fluffy. Serve hot.
