Breakfast Quinoa

Standard
  • ½ cup rinsed and drained quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup chopped peaches
  • 2 tbsps. Molasses or agave nectar
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup chopped dates or raisins

Place quinoa and water in a saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and cook for about 10 min. until done. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer for another 10-15 min. until fluffy. Serve hot.
