Fish Taco Sauce

Standard
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsps. Lime juice
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • ½ tsp. ground coriander
  • ½ tsp. dried dill weed
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. minced capers
  • 1 seeded and minced hot pepper of choice
  • 1-2 tbsps. Chopped fresh cilantro

Whisk together all ingredients, and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving over fish tacos.
