- 24 oz. white choc.
- 2 tbsps. Veg. shortening
- 1 cup crumbled chocolate cookies
Melt white choc. and shortening in the microwave until smooth. Stir in the cookie crumbs, just until blended. Spoon onto a nonstick foil-lined cookie sheet. Place in the freezer for about 30 min., or until firm. Break into pieces, and store in a sealed container.
