Cinnamon Choc. Chip Oatmeal Smoothie

Standard
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet choc. chips
  • 2 tbsps. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
