Jalapeno Popper Egg Rolls

  • 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. jarred jalapeno peppers, diced
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 sliced green onions
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Dixie cup of warm water, to dip fingers

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients, except the last 2. Place each wonton wrapper on a silicone mat (The wrapper should face diagonally). Add about a tbsp. of filling to the center. Fold the wrapper in half, using wet fingers to seal the edges. Fold the sides in and roll, sealing tightly along the way. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 20-25 min. *These are best if you roll and fill ahead of time, as the process is time consuming.
