Rice Pudding

Standard
  • 2/3 cup instant white rice
  • 2 ¾ cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • Cinnamon, to taste
  • ½ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients, and place in a greased 1 qt. baking dish. Bake for 1 hr., stirring after 15 min. and again when pudding is done (Pudding will thicken as it stands).
