Pasta in Paprika White Wine Sauce

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lg. sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup Riesling
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 bag spinach

Sautee the onions in oil for about 15 min., or until golden. Add spices, and cook another couple of minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer until spinach is wilted and wine is reduced as desired.


Baked Parm. Carrot Fries

  1. 4 lg. carrots, sliced into long thin pieces (like a French fry)
  2. 2 eggs
  3. ¼ cup water
  4. ¾ cup grated parm. cheese
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400º, and line a baking sheet w/ nonstick foil. Mix together egg and water in one shallow dish, and add the parm. to another shallow dish. Dip the carrot sticks in the egg wash and then the cheese. Place on the baking sheet, and sprinkle w/ salt and pepper before cooking for 15-20 min.

Hot Bbq Cauliflower Wings

Main Ingredient:

  • Head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces


  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsps. Garlic powder
  • 2 tsps. Onion powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper


  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted
  • ¼ cup hot sauce
  • ¾ cup honey bbq sauce

Preheat oven to 450º. Add together batter ingredients in a gallon-sized bag. Add the cauliflower, and shake. Spread cauliflower onto a non-stick aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, and cook for 25 min. During this time, mix together the sauce ingredients. Pour over cauliflower, and mix together until coated. Cook another 25 min.

Hot Corn Salad

  • 3 cans unsalted corn, drained
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 2 blocks pepper jack cheese, grated
  • 1 (9 ¾ oz.) bag Chili Cheese Fritos, coarsely crumbled

Preheat oven to 350º, and grease an 9×9” baking dish or a casserole dish. Mix all but the last ingredient, and place in the baking dish. Cook for 30 min., and stir in chips before serving.
