Balsamic Mushrooms & Onions

  • 2 tbsps. olive oil
  • 1 lb. button or baby bella mushrooms, but in half
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar

Add all but last ingredient to a lg. pan, and fry until liquid has been released and then evaporated from mushrooms and onions are softened (about 15 min.). Stir in vinegar.
