Pasta in Paprika White Wine Sauce

Standard
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lg. sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz. fettucine, cooked and drained
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup Riesling
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 bag spinach

Sautee the onions in oil for about 15 min., or until golden. Add spices, and cook another couple of minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and simmer until spinach is wilted and wine is reduced as desired.
