- 5-6 ears of corn, cut in ½
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsps. butter, but into 4 or 5 pieces
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
- Chopped cilantro, for garnish
Place corn in crockpot, and then add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hrs. Remove and cover w/ cilantro.
