Crockpot Corn on the Cob

  • 5-6 ears of corn, cut in ½
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tbsps. butter, but into 4 or 5 pieces
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Place corn in crockpot, and then add remaining ingredients.  Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hrs.  Remove and cover w/ cilantro.
