Strawberry Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼- ½ cup peanut butter

Blend together all ingredients.


Peanut Butter Choc. Chip Cookies

  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar or ¼ cup honey
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½-1tbsp. milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet choc. chips

Preheat oven to 375º.  Beat together all, but the last, ingredient.  Stir in choc. chips.  Drop dough by cookie scoopfuls onto greased cookie sheets.  Bake for 7-9 min., until bottoms are light brown.

Peanut Butter Bars


  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup choc. chips


  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsps. Milk

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together all, but the last, bar ingredients, and spread in a greased 9×13” baking dish. Sprinkle w/ choc. chips. Bake for 20-22 min., and then let cool for 5 min. While the bars are cooling, beat together the glaze ingredients. Spread over warm bars, and then let cool completely before cutting.

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars

  • 11 oz. bag butterscotch chips
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 7 tbsps. Butter
  • 4-5 cups mini marshmallows

Line an 8×8” baking pan w/ nonstick foil, and set aside. Pour marshmallows into a lg. bowl, and set aside. In a med. Saucepan, melt the remaining ingredients until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool about 5 min., stirring occasionally. Pour mixture over marshmallows, and stir carefully until marshmallows are coated. Pour into pan, and refrigerate for a couple of hours so that it sets.

Butterscotch Peanut Butter Puppy Chow

  • 6 cups Rice Chex
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Mix the cereal and peanuts in a lg. bowl, and set aside. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in the microwave, until smooth. Pour over the cereal, and toss till covered. Pour powdered sugar into a gallon-sized bag, and add cereal. Shake until coated, and then spread onto wax paper until dry. Store in a sealed container.
