- 1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tsps. Stevia (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients together.

Whisk together all ingredients but bread. Grease a pan, and place on a med. heat. Coat bread on both sides w/ mixture, and place in pan. Cook for about 3 min. per side, until golden brown. Serve w/ yogurt, berries, or syrup.
